This
card was inspired by a very clever customer who is also a judge. He
requested an anniversary card with the message “I sentence you
to a lifetime of bliss…Happy Anniversary to a couple of Lifers”.
Of course, the title that immediately came to mind was the MAXim
“Bichons Rule!” and the judge's name holds special meaning
to anyone who has ever witnessed THE BICHON BLITZ!!!
