This is a design painted from a bichon model constructed by the incredible soft sculpture artist Tammy Hendricks.
This special gift arrived on July 8th, 2008, exactly one year after my dear little Max died.. What could have been a very sad day was a cause for celebration of my "Forever Max".

This was my first painting using my "Forever Max" as a model. I imagined Max trying to get Tammy's miniature schnauzer Pico to play :-)

Tammy is as good a photographer as she is sculpture artist, so here you will get a better view of one of Tammy's exquisite Bichon creations. But don't stop there, take a look at all the dogs in her show ring and her special memory bears too!
